Some times i think that luffy got an inspiration from shanks(red haired pirate) just to be like him or is he also a revolutionary just like his father dragon?

Again, is he fond of adventures?

Hmm..I think that Luffy is not inspired just by a single person, but by many! Through out the serious he meets so many individuals, every single one with a different character. So what i see is that, there are many people and friends influencing his life.

Indeed many persons but if we go back at the starting luffy didn't have that much of an aim nor he wasn't that much destined but after shank rescuing him from bandits and eating GOMU GOMU FRUIT he was very much of inspired by pirates
